Tomatillo Salsa

1/4 pond fresh green tomatillos, husked 1 red bell pepper, roasted, skinned and seeded, chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed 2 tablespoons chopped red onions 1/2 serrano chile, seeded and chopped Juice of 1/2 lemon 1/2 bunch of chopped cilantro 1/4 teaspoon sugar Salt and pepper to taste Husk the tomatillos and blanch them in boiling water for 15 seconds and let cool. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until desired smoothness. Serve it as food topping or just with your favorite chips.
