Crab-Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
2 packages spinach leaves
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8-ounce) package crab meat
1 Shallot, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Salt pepper to tase
Toasted baguette slices
Directions:
Saute shallots, green onions. Add spinach and saute to evaporate
water. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Spoon into
a greased shallow 1-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° F for
20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with toasted
baguette slices.
