Shrimp Remoulade
6 tb Olive oil
1 tb Paprika
4 Green onions, chopped
4 tb Creole style mustard
2 tb Vinegar
1/2 ts White pepper
1/2 ts Salt
2 Ribs celery, chopped fine
Chopped parsley to taste
1/4 Hd. lettuce, shredded
2 lb Shrimp,boiled,cleaned,cold
2 Hard cooked eggs, chopped>>>
Keep white & yolk separate.
Combine all ingreds., except lettuce, eggs and shrimp. Chill. Place
shrimp on plate of shredded lettuce. Pour remoulade over shrimp and
garnish with eggs.
