1 Ready Made Pie crust 2 Tbs White sugar 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream 16 Oz Ricotta Cheese 1 Cup Powder Sugar 2Tsp Vanilla Extract ½ Cup Chocolate Chips ~ chopped ½ Cup Pistachio Nuts ~ chopped Place pie crust in tart pan and sprinkle and press in white sugar. Bake as directed. Whip heavy whipping cream and set aside. Mix together ricotta cheese, powder sugar, vanilla extract. Fold into whipping cream. Add chocolate chips. Pour mixture into cooled pie crust, top with pistachios.
