Orecchiette pasta with broccoli rabe


- Clean the rabe (rapa) making sure to remove the fibrous skin from the stems - Cook the rabe in boiling salted water for 10-minutes - Add the orecchiette pasta and cook for another 10 minutes and drain - Sauté garlic, chili pepper, and few anchovy filets until the garlic is golden - Mix the pasta with garlic and sauté for few minute, drizzle some olive oil and serve
