Flan Cheese Pudding


8 oz. cream cheese (You can use “no fat” cream cheese) 1 can condensed milk 1 cup fresh milk (You can use low fat milk) 3 slices white sandwich bread without crusts ˝ cup sugar 3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla ˝ cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon water for caramel Caramel Caramelize ˝ cup sugar and water in the pan at medium-high heat. Coat sides and bottom of pan with caramel Pudding Mix rest of ingredients in blender and pour over caramel in mold. Place tube pan in large pan of hot water about 1 inch deep. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until inserted knife comes out clean. Cool in mold. Refrigerate if desired. When ready to serve, loosen pudding from edge and center of pan and invert onto serving plate with rim.
