PEPPERS SALAD
Ingredients:
6 green, red and/or yellow peppers sliced lengthwise, about 1 centimeter
(1/2 inch width). Can be all of one color, but better if all three mixed.
2 large ripe tomatoes grated
5 Tablespoons capers
3 Tablespoons olive oil
3 Tablespoons dill
Salt + Pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Cook at medium/high heat for approximately
half hour. Peppers should not be crunchy.
